Rooibos is a broom-like member of the Fabaceae family of plants growing in South Africa's fynbos. The leaves are used to make an herbal tea called rooibos or bush tea. It is packed with natural nutrients and thought to provide various health benefits.
How to Use
Cup
Put one tea bag in a cup, and add boiled water.
Bottle
Put a tea bag in a bottle and pour in desired amount of boiled water. Drink it hot or chill it in the refrigerator first and drink.
Cold-brew Tea
Put one tea bag into a pitcher, and pour in 150-300mL (about two cups) of water. Keep it in the refrigerator for at least two hours before drinking.
Teapot
Put tea bag into a teapot and pour in desired amount of boiled water. Adjust steeping time depending upon desired strength.

- Keep the package zipped and closed to avoid humidity after opening.
