What is Goya?
Goya is a plant of cucurbitaceae in Asia and it also called Nigauri and it has a unique bitter taste. It's really dark green, and has a bumpy surface, and shapes like a loofah.
How to Use
- You can drink it any time mixing with milk, water or warm water.
