Shipping Policy

Shipping Area

We ship within the United States (50 states only) to physical addresses only.

We do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses
  • USPS, FedEx, or other public mailbox services
  • International courier or freight forwarding/shipping centers located in the U.S. (e.g., NewYorkMailBox.com)
  • Any international addresses (including Canada)

Shipping Method & Signature Requirement

  • Orders $100 or more will be shipped with Signature Required Service, with or without customer request, to prevent loss after delivery.
  • We do not ship to international courier or transportation centers.

Order Processing Time

  • Business days: Monday–Friday (Pacific Time), excluding U.S. federal holidays
  • Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST begin processing the same business day
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will process the next business day
  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Processing and delivery times may be longer during holidays or peak seasons

$35 and over FREE

Notes:

  • Shipping rates apply to domestic ground shipments under 30 lbs
  • Delivery dates are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed

Address Accuracy & Changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment, suite, or unit numbers.

  • Address changes requested after shipment processing begins will incur a $15 service fee
  • YamaKan USA is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information

Sales Tax

In accordance with California law, sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to California residential addresses.

Billing Time

Credit card payments are authorized at checkout and captured only when the order ships from our warehouse.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can monitor delivery status.

Delivery Attempts & Unsuccessful Delivery

  • FedEx typically makes up to three delivery attempts
  • After the final attempt, the carrier may contact the customer for pickup at a local facility
  • If a package is returned due to unsuccessful delivery, any additional charges incurred will be the customer’s responsibility

YamaKan USA is not liable for losses caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Failure to receive or sign for the package
  • Weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other factors beyond our control


Return & Exchange Policy

To ensure the best shopping experience, YamaKan USA offers a Return & Exchange Service under the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

  • Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted
  • All returns require prior authorization and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Requests submitted after 7 days of receipt
  • Items marked “Discount” or “Final Sale”
  • Products that have been opened, used, or substantially used
  • Items returned without an approved RMA number

Restocking Fee & Return Shipping

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective, unopened returns
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless:
    • The item arrived damaged or defective, or
    • We shipped the incorrect item

Return & Exchange Procedure

  1. Email info@yamakanusa.com to request an RMA number
  2. Complete the RMA form with:
    • Product item number
    • Description and reason for return
    • Clear photos showing product condition or issues
  3. Our RMA specialist will review your request and notify you of approval or denial
  4. Once approved and the item is received, returns will be processed within 7–10 business days
